Lithium battery voltage alarm:
Familiar with lithium battery voltage alarms and lithium-ion battery output voltage issues. For electronic instruments or communication equipment that rely on batteries to work outdoors, the low voltage of lithium-ion batteries will directly affect the accuracy and reliability of the equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to install low battery voltage alarm circuits for these devices. The low voltage alarm module needs to be continuously powered to work, which will accelerate the self-discharge speed of lithium-ion batteries, and ultimately affect the maintenance time and life of the batteries.

The low-voltage alarm circuit of the lithium-ion battery can monitor the voltage change of the battery pack at all times, so that when the voltage of the battery pack drops to the allowable voltage value, it can promptly remind the operator to prepare in advance, so as to ensure the normal operation of the equipment without Important data is lost due to low voltage of the battery pack, and secondly, the performance and power of the battery pack can be fully utilized. This circuit can be interfaced with any circuit that will control the voltage of the battery pack. Only a few common components are used to realize the purpose of simple structure, easy manufacture, low cost and less power consumption of the universal battery pack low-voltage alarm circuit.

When the battery voltage alarm detects that the voltage exceeds the standard, and when the grid is powered off, the microcomputer host will whistle and dial the alarm. It can dial 10 groups of alarm phone numbers in a loop, and play the alarm recording for 10 seconds to notify the relevant personnel and prevent voltage. Accidents caused by abnormalities are applicable to power companies, substations, power distribution rooms and other units.

Li-ion battery output voltage:
The detection of lithium-ion battery voltage is very important for the entire power generation and energy storage system, and the control signal of the system works in different areas according to the battery voltage. At present, lithium-ion battery voltage measurement methods include mechanical relay method isolation detection, differential amplifier method isolation detection, voltage divider method isolation detection, photoelectric relay method isolation detection and so on.

The power module output has voltage but the voltage is lower than the nominal output value is a problem often encountered during the test process. There are two reasons for this situation. One is that the power module is defective or damaged, and the other is the use method.

Low input voltage is the most easily overlooked situation. When there is a problem with the output, we should check whether the input is normal at the first time. Regarding the power module whose input is constant voltage or wide voltage, when the input value is low, the output value will also be low. Of course, this situation is limited. For a specific module, when the input voltage is too low, it will not work and there will be no output voltage.

The output voltage is relative to the input voltage, which is generally done through a voltage converter. For example, the input voltage of a mobile phone charger is 220V, but the output voltage is generally 10V when charging a mobile phone. During use, as the discharge platform changes, the voltage of a lithium-ion battery pack usually changes with the internal storage capacity.
