What is a low-temperature resistant lithium battery?
In general, most of what we see in daily life are chemical batteries, and these chemical batteries will lose their activity at low temperatures, which leads to their performance being reduced or even unable to work under low temperature conditions. So which battery is not affected by temperature? If a low-temperature resistant compound is added to an ordinary chemical battery, the battery will no longer be afraid of low temperatures. Low-temperature lithium polymer batteries, low-temperature 18650 lithium batteries, and low-temperature lithium iron phosphate batteries are currently commonly used low-temperature batteries on the market.

The discharge rate is high at extremely low temperature, the discharge rate at 0.2°C is -40°C, and the discharge rate is greater than 60%; when the discharge temperature is 0.2 C, at -30°C, the discharge efficiency can reach more than 80%;

  • It has excellent low temperature cycle characteristics. Under the condition of -30°C, 0.5 C charging, after 300 cycles, the capacitance can still be maintained at more than 85%;

In terms of application, because the performance and size of the battery are fixed, its scope of use is small, but its production and manufacturing cost is low, lower than low-temperature polymer lithium batteries and low-temperature lithium iron phosphate batteries.
