Forklift lithium batteries are designed for long life; given the significant usage levels they are put under. Even though they are designed for a long life, it is up to the user to ensure that proper charging and discharge occurs so the battery performs as it was designed to. Constant neglect and bad treatment will only end in increased expenses.
Service
Torphan Batteries should be fully tested and measured before shipping. this is very useful for warranty claims that may come in. All batteries would measured and keep a corresponding test report in Torphan data center.
The services of testing, replacement and repair of chargers and boosters is also a part of the our Quality Control service.
Given the high technological expertise of our employees in Quality Control also courses can be followed here. In case of special projects of our customers, QC also often visits on-site at the customer.
