III. Charging fault
1, DC charging fault; charging can not start, charging jump gun, SOC will not reset after charging.
Failure Cause:
① battery fault (abnormal voltage, temperature, insulation etc.) ②BMS fault (charging module or charging CAN abnormal )
③ main Positive &negative, charging relay abnormal ,④CC1 to ground resistance, CC2 to ground voltage abnormal ⑤ PE ground exception
Treatment method:
① Troubleshooting / replace failed parts Cut the charging message and analyze the fault.
2, AC charging fault;
Failure Cause:
① battery fault (abnormal voltage, temperature, insulation etc.) BMS fault (charging module or charging CAN fault)
③ main positive&negative, charging relay abnormal ④ CC to ground resistance, CP to ground voltage abnormal PE abnormal
Treatment method:
① Troubleshooting / replace failed parts ② get the charging message and analyze the fault.
IV. Insulation failure
Cause of fault: water into the battery box or plug-in, cell leakage, high environmental humidity, insulation misreport, other high pressure parts (controller, compressor, etc.) insulated.
Treatment method: if voltage to ground, or insulation resistance is less than the specified value, negative circuit leakage; and negative to ground, if voltage or insulation resistance is less than the specified value. According to the leakage voltage size divided by the single string voltage value, and then analyzed and processed according to different situations.
V. Communication failure
BMS communication failure;
Cause of fault: BMS fault; BMS power supply circuit or communication line has bad contact / fault; signal interference.
Treatment method: ①replace BMS;②, check and repair power supply circuit / communication line; ③check shielding wire and find and eliminate interference source.
VI SOC exception
1, SOC is inaccurate;
Charged power ÷ nominal capacity = charged SOC If "charged SOC" + "The remaining SOC" is biased from the actual display value or estimates the actual power is not to correspond to SOC according to the correspondence between SOC and OCV, we believe that SOC is inaccurate.
2, not unchanged;
Cause of fault: abnormal communication (missing data); abnormal current (Hall and its input / output circuit); BMS fault; other battery alarm.
Process method: ensure complete data; repair / replace failed parts; eliminate all battery alarms.
3, drops fast;
Cause of fault: abnormal current in communication cycle (large Hall positive current, small feedback current); single voltage is low, fast drop; BMU fault and low temperature.
Treatment method: update the BMU program; repair / replace the failed parts;
4, drops down slow;
Cause of fault: BMU fault of abnormal communication cycle abnormal current (small Hall positive current and large feedback current).
Process method: Update the BMS program; repair / replace the failed parts.
5, beating out; confirm that the program version number is correct
VII. Current current
Cause of fault: Hall and its input / output circuit; Hall backloading; the charger puts minimum output capacity if the BMS demands voltage or current of 0.
Process method: Update the BMS program; repair / replace the failed parts.
