2.Introduction
Torphan 36V Lithium Batteries for forklift designed for optimizing performance on any style Class II or Class I forklift equipment, including order pickers/stackers and 3 to 4-wheel sitdowns. This plug and play battery solution has multiple capacity options for any kind of application with a lifespan of 6 to 12 years.
The 6V Lithium Batteries for forklift is designed for stand-up counterbalanced forklift trucks (Class I) operating 24/7. The high energy density of lithium combined with ultra-fast charging also makes it ideal for energy-intensive application machines, such as reach trucks (Class II).
Large warehouses demanding the retrieval of pallets at high levels in narrow aisles and round-the-clock performance can significantly increase their productivity when using torphan electric energy solutions. Multi-shift applications, such as third-party logistics (3PL), manufacturing and food and beverage, distribution, and any other 24/7 material handling operations can benefit the most from lithium-ion power solutions.
3.Service
Torphan Batteries should be fully tested and measured before shipping. this is very useful for warranty claims that may come in. All batteries would measured and keep a corresponding test report in Torphan data center.
The services of testing, replacement and repair of chargers and boosters is also a part of the our Quality Control service.
Given the high technological expertise of our employees in Quality Control also courses can be followed here. In case of special projects of our customers, QC also often visits on-site at the customer.
